No. Desipoly is hosted offshore, does not accept INR, and is not a SEBI-regulated exchange or a licensed gaming operator. Users in jurisdictions that restrict prediction markets should not use the service.
Do I need INR to trade?

No. All deposits, trading, settlement, and payouts are in USDC. Desipoly does not custody Indian Rupees.
What chain does Desipoly run on?

Polygon PoS is the primary chain at launch. Base support is planned for Phase 2. Markets use Gnosis Conditional Token Framework with UMA Optimistic Oracle v3 as the dispute backstop.
How is a market resolved?

Every market names a public source (ECI, RBI, NSE, iplt20.com, Sacnilk, etc.) and a precise criterion. A human committee proposes the outcome; disputes escalate to UMA. Happy-path resolution is typically within hours of the event.
